What we collect

We collect your email address and site language. If you answer the optional questions, we also collect your age range, phone platform, training frequency and history, routine obstacles, and what you would like help with. Signup and update times are recorded. Vercel may process technical request logs, such as IP address and device information, to host and secure the site.

Why we use it

We use this information to record your beta request, contact you about access, shape the first testing groups, and improve Ilo. The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time. We do not sell this information or use it for unrelated marketing without separate permission.

How long we keep it

We keep beta registrations until private beta recruitment ends and for no longer than 12 months after your last interaction. We delete them sooner if you withdraw your consent or request deletion, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Where it is processed

Supabase stores the beta signup database in Frankfurt, Germany. Vercel hosts the website, processes technical request logs, and provides aggregated traffic analytics without third-party cookies. Google Workspace processes emails sent to Ilo. Provider support and security operations may involve processing outside the European Economic Area under contractual safeguards.

Language preference

The site stores one ilo_locale cookie for up to 12 months so it can remember your language. It does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies. Because this cookie provides an expected preference, no consent banner is shown.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your information. You can also withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
